In order to provide skills for new Student Organization (ORMAWA) administrators, 33 students from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Indonesian Language and Literature Education (PBSI) held ORMAWA training on Saturday, 7 October 2024 at Ngrowo Bening Edu Park, Madiun .

This event took the theme "Forming Critical, Innovative, Creative and Leadership-Spirit Scholars Through Organizations". The activity was opened by the Head of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program, Muhammad Binur Huda S.Pd., M.Pd.

The aim of this activity is to encourage and motivate the spirit of love for the organization. Provide training regarding organizational management. Training students to have a sense of family, responsibility and good discipline as well as forming independent, qualified and cooperative individuals.

Dhevita Indriyani, as Chief Executive, reported that the material presented was student affairs such as learning motivation, self-development, time management and strategies for success in the world of work.
