Through the 2023 PPK Orgamawa Program from the Ministry of Education and Culture, the Accounting Education Student Association (HIMADIKSI) Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) has successfully carried out activities to develop the tourism potential of Soco Village, Magetan Regency, East Java.

This activity is an annual event and proposal submission event which has been participated in by all Organizations in Indonesia. HIMADIKSI UNIPMA is one of the associations that has the opportunity to empower the people of Soco Village, Bendo District, Magetan Regency.

The program prepared for management in Soco village is named SOHEDEN village tourism, meaning Soco Herbal Garden. SOHEDEN is an icon in Soco village, apart from its inherent history, the tourism potential of Soco village is very worthy of development.

In this development, the UNIPMA HIMADIKSI Team consists of Ayu Riana, Fenti Fatmala, Novi Meriastuti, Sulistiyani, Stely Aulia Trifananta, Afrida Kiraysa Nurjannah, Adi Saputro, Rahayu Nur A'ini, Nika Kartika Sari, Hanif Rizki Ramadhani, Regita Icha Pramesti, Wildan Tamir Amanulloh, and Eka Yeni Yunila Puspitasari.

They conducted a survey and approach before starting in February 2023. Students involved in PPK Orgamawa will be assessed on their performance and the results in the form of KKN value conversion.

After being declared qualified to carry out the Orgamawa PPK on July 4 2023, they were accompanied by supervisor Elana Era Yusdita, S.E., M.S.A.,. Village officials and their managers also witnessed the signing of the MoU and MoA.

The MoA was carried out by the Soco Village Government, Bendo District, Magetan Regency with PGRI Madiun University, while the MoA was implemented by the Accounting Education Study Program. The signing of this MoU and MoA serves as a guarantee of the seriousness of both parties in implementing PPK and the sustainability of the program for the next four years for similar programs.

Socialization of the planned program will be carried out on this occasion. The residents of Soco village very happily welcomed the planned program.
