The Field Experience and Internship Practice Unit (UPPLM) of the Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) annually holds an Introduction to Schooling Field 1 or commonly called PLP 1 which is attended by 5th-semester students. This activity is carried out offline in the UNIPMA Integrated Laboratory meeting room and attended by supervisors. Monday, (13/3/2023).

As the years have gone by, starting PLP activities before students are spread out in schools to carry out PLP 1, there will be an equalization of perceptions for the supervising lecturers. The goal is that in the mentoring process, there are no differences of opinion and assessment of students. Apart from that, compliance with the rules, implementation, and assessment can be evenly distributed and follow the guidelines.

This activity was opened directly by the Chancellor of UNIPMA, Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd. delivered 3 main messages to all supervisors. In his remarks, the supervising lecturers were asked to focus on guiding students while they were on site and building good communication between the lecturers and the school, and the students themselves.
