Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) has made a proud achievement at the end of 2022. Based on data released by EduRank, UNIPMA is the Number 1 best-ranked university in Madiun. Nationally, UNIPMA is ranked 45th and 915th in Asia.

UNIPMA has a vision, namely that in 2033 it will become a superior tertiary institution at the national level and produce graduates who are intelligent, competitive, and have entrepreneurial skills.

As for the Mission of UNIPMA
1. Organizing education and teaching that is oriented towards student independence in developing their potential.
2. Carrying out research to improve competence in the fields of science, technology, and art as well as conducting downstream research results.
3. Organizing community service in the form of the application of science, technology, and art.
4. Build sound institutional management in order to strengthen governance, transparency, and public image so that universities become superior and accountable.

UNIPMA Chancellor, Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd expressed his gratitude for UNIPMA being able to enter the 45th EduRank ranking for PTNs nationally. "Alhamdulillahirrobbil 'aalamiin, of course, this is an extraordinary achievement to be in that position. All of this is thanks to the hard work of all academics in developing the campus," he said in a written statement, Friday (30/12/2022).

As a leader, he hopes that this achievement will not make him complacent, but can motivate him to continue working hard so that UNIPMA becomes an advanced and quality campus at the national to international levels.

In order to sharpen international cooperation, in 2022, UNIPMA will establish MoUs with universities abroad and implement them in various strategic programs. One of the collaborations that have been established is with Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) Philippines and Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Polytechnic (POLISAS), Malaysia.

Among them are student exchange collaborations (credit transfers), lecturer exchanges (Guest lectures), joint conferences, joint research collaborations, joint supervision collaborations, and student internships namely the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (SEA-TVET) program.

Currently, UNIPMA has been accredited as institution B from BAN PT. One of the study programs has been accredited as superior and most of them are accredited very well.
