In the year-end reflection event, Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA), held a lecturer productivity award ceremony for 2022. This event was held to increase the motivation and productivity of UNIPMA lecturers and strive to create quality and progressive Human Resources to build a better Indonesia.

Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd, Chancellor of UNIPMA explained that there are many forms of appreciation for those who excel in the areas listed, one form of appreciation is giving gifts in the form of certificates of appreciation and cash.

As for the lecturer productivity award, there are 5 (five) categories including 1) Author of Articles in Reputable International Journals, International Journals, Most Productive International Proceedings, 2) Authors of articles in Sinta Accredited Journals (S1-S6), National Journals and Most Productive National Proceedings , 3) Lecturers with the Most Productive Community Service Activities, 4) Lecturers with the Most Citations, 5) Inspiring Lecturers in 2022.

The event which took place at the Graha Cendekia Building on Wednesday (28/12/2022) was attended by the entire UNIPMA academic community and was very solemn and lively.

The Chancellor hopes that the awards given can motivate and appreciate the lecturers in carrying out the Tri Dharma and appreciate the loyalty of the lecturers while at UNIPMA. “UNIPMA is an institution to produce intellectuals.
