The Quality Assurance Institute (LPM) Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) carried out a study visit (benchmarking) to the Perbanas University Hayam Wuruk Quality Assurance Center (UHW) Surabaya on Thursday, (22/12/2022). Taking place in Room C401, this activity aims to discuss the Internal Quality Assurance System which has so far been an important part of higher education management.

Perbanas Surabaya UHW Chancellor, Dr. Yudi Sutarso, S.E., M.Sc. welcomed the presence of the UNIPMA LPM Team. He stated that the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) is an important part in determining the direction of higher education governance so that it is getting better. "We are also happy to be able to share experiences with the team from Universitas PGRI Madiun," he welcomed.

Meanwhile Dr. Jeffry Handhika, M.Pd., M.Sc as Deputy Chancellor for Quality Assurance at UNIPMA also appreciated the warm welcome at Perbanas UHW. He and his team experienced the many benefits of studying SPMI at the campus which is located at Wonorejo Utara 16 Rungkut Surabaya. "Thank you for giving us the opportunity to learn about SPMI at the Perbanas UHW Campus," said Jeffry Handhika.

During the visit, both parties discussed and asked questions about the implementation of the quality assurance system. Head of the Perbanas UHW Quality Assurance Center, Dr. Luciana Spica Almilia, S.E., M.Sc., explained regarding the implementation of SPMI from the university, faculty, to study program levels. In fact, how to manage, create a questionnaire, and report it was discussed during the study visit.

Present during the visit were the Chancellor of UHW Perbanas Surabaya, Head of the Quality Assurance Center for UHW Perbanas Surabaya and his team, Deputy Chancellor for Quality Assurance of UNIPMA, Head of LPM and his team and Head and Secretary of the UNIPMA Accreditation Bureau.
