Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) has once again achieved outstanding accomplishments. At the prestigious Anugerah Perguruan Tinggi (PT) PGRI Berprestasi 2024, UNIPMA won six prestigious awards. This achievement serves as tangible evidence of the dedication of the entire UNIPMA academic community in advancing the institution.

The six awards received by UNIPMA include:

1. First place in the Cooperation field for the university category,
2. First place in the Human Resources and Institutional field for the university category,
3. Fourth place in the Key Performance Indicator Achievement field for the university category,
4. Third place in the Student Affairs field for the university category,
5. Second place in the MBKM field for the university category,
6. Second place in the Research and Community Service (PKM) field for the university category.

UNIPMA’s Rector, Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd, stated that these achievements were the result of the hard work of lecturers, education staff, and students in carrying out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. “We always prioritize teaching, research, and community service, as well as enhancing collaboration with other universities, both in the academic field and in the industry,” he said in an interview on Monday, 16/12/2024.

Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd also emphasized the importance of the role of all components within the institution in supporting this success. The strategy implemented by UNIPMA includes focusing on strategic activities that have a significant impact. “The biggest challenge is how to compete with other universities that are also striving to show their best achievements. Therefore, we must be strategic and focus on priority activities,” he added.

Looking ahead, UNIPMA will focus on improving the qualifications and quality of its lecturers, including encouraging them to pursue doctoral studies and enhance their academic ranks. Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd even revealed that UNIPMA would soon surprise with the emergence of new professors, further elevating the university's reputation.

“Our hope is to continue achieving better accomplishments. As leaders, we will continue to provide motivation, facilities, and full support to ensure the progress of the entire UNIPMA academic community,” concluded Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd.
