The handover of new students has been carried out at each Faculty of Universitas PGRI Madiun for the 2023-2024 Academic year. Each of these faculties includes the Teaching and Education Faculty (FKIP), the Economics and Business Faculty (FEB), the Engineering Faculty (FT), the Health and Science Faculty (FIKS), and the Law Faculty (FH).

The student handover activity procession was held at Graha Cendekia Universitas PGRI Madiun, Friday 01 September 2023. The introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB) for the 2023-2024 academic year was handed over by the Deputy Chancellor for Field I, Dr. Elva Nuraina, S.E., M.Si and Deputy Chancellor for Field IV, Dr. Jeffry Handika, M.Pd.

The number of new students at Universitas PGRI Madiun in 2023-2024 is 1124 people for 24 study programs from 5 undergraduate and D-III faculties. The handover ceremony for new students was signed by the Chancellor and Dean of each Faculty  PGRI Madiun University.
