This KMD activity is the 2nd agenda in 2023 KMD for PGRI Madiun University students which is held in collaboration with the CANDA BIRAWA Kwartir Pusdikaltcab, Madiun City branch. the activity was carried out for 5 days, consisting of 1 pre-KMD day, Sunday 6 August and Monday to Thursday 7-10 August 2023. The implementation was in the UNIPMA Campus area, at the Cendekia Gor for practical and theoretical material in the Integrated Lab.

The KMD activity began with remarks by the Chancellor of PGRI Madiun University, Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd and opened by the Head of Madiun City Kwarcab, Kak Suyoto, S.IP. According to Kak Suyoto, UNIPMA is a consistent Higher Education Front (GUDEP PERTI) to provides a forum for scouting for the younger generation.

"This appreciation is the 2nd activity in 2023 and will be continued with the 3rd agenda at the end of August." Said Kak Suyoto.

The purpose of carrying out this KMD activity is to coach young scouts at school during the implementation of PLP 2 and to be ready to become scout coaches when they graduate from PGRI Madiun University.

216 participants took part in the 2nd agenda of KMD. They came from UNIPMA's 4th-semester students and were dominated by the UNIPMA Teaching and Education Faculty (FKIP) study program.
