Increasing the competence of the principal in accordance with his duties and functions will encourage the principal to create an independent school. This is done to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students can actively, intensively and creatively develop their potential.

Through the 2020 School Principal Strengthening Training, it is also hoped that it can improve the learning outcomes of students which will lead to the realization of students wellbeing. This activity will be held for one month starting October 22 to November 20 2020 at the LPD Universitas PGRI Madiun. A total of 55 participants from Tuban and Ponorogo, East Java participated in this training, with Dr. Jeffry Handhika, M.Pd., M.Si, Nasrul Rofiah, S.T., M.Pd, and Sri Utami, M.Pd.

This activity is carried out online with the structure of the OJT 1, IST, and OJT 2 programs. The training participants will identify learning problems at OJT 1, initial tests and problem solving learning at IST, and carry out school development plans to evaluation at OJT 2.
