EDSA UNIPMA Holds Rakermawa to Strengthen Work Programs and Evaluate the Organization for Achieving Excellence 

UNIPMA— The English Department Students Association (EDSA), Study Program of English Education, Universitas PGRI Madiun, held a Student Organization Work Meeting (Rakermawa) in Room 304, 3rd Floor, Campus 1 UNIPMA, on Saturday (20/6). The activity discussed the work programs for one period of leadership as well as organizational evaluation to improve performance in achieving excellence.

The event was attended by the Head of the English Education Study Program, Dr. Erlik Widiyani Setyati, M.Pd., along with lecturers such as Arri Kurniawan, S.S., M.Pd., Lusia Kristiasih Dwi P., S.S., M.A., Rizqi Husaini, S.Pd., M.Pd., and other lecturers, together with EDSA administrators.

Rakermawa was held as a formal forum between EDSA administrators and lecturers to formulate the management work plan. This forum was also used to evaluate the implementation of previous work programs and to introduce the EDSA organizational structure to the lecturers of the English Education Study Program.

In the activity, each division presented its planned programs to be implemented during the period of leadership. The administrators also conveyed challenges faced in both planning and implementing the programs. Input from lecturers was discussed as material for improving future work programs.

Lintang Monica, as the head of the organizing committee, said in an interview that this activity was a work program of the Student Resource Development (PSDM) division of EDSA. “We held Rakermawa as a space to present work programs as well as a discussion forum between administrators and lecturers,” she said.

Meanwhile, the Head of EDSA, Rendy Putra Perdana, presented the organization’s work programs and responded to various challenges that emerged in each division during the program preparation process.

Rakermawa aims to strengthen work program planning, improve coordination between administrators and lecturers, and enhance the implementation of organizational activities. Through this forum, EDSA emphasizes the importance of evaluation as a basis for improving organizational performance.

The results of this activity are expected to serve as a reference for implementing EDSA work programs throughout the period of leadership so that they are more structured, measurable, and consistent with the established planning.
