Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) held a coaching event for PPLP PT PGRI Madiun employees and closed the 2023/2024 academic year on Friday, 27/09/2024, at Graha Cendekia UNIPMA. This event is an important momentum in evaluating achievements throughout the 2023/2024 academic year while planning strategies to improve performance in the coming year.

UNIPMA Rector, Dr Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd, in his remarks conveyed several important points that need to be considered by the entire academic community. He presented UNIPMA's performance report throughout the 2023/2024 academic year which covered a number of important aspects for the development of the institution.

First, Dr Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd conveyed the development of study programmes and accreditation. He revealed the addition of new study programmes, such as Master of Elementary School Education, Master of Counselling, and Bachelor of Natural Sciences. In terms of accreditation, UNIPMA achieved excellent institutional accreditation, with 4 study programmes accredited as excellent, 12 study programmes accredited as very good, and 16 study programmes with good accreditation.

Student achievement is also a major concern. In his report, the UNIPMA Rector explained various student achievements, both in the academic and non-academic fields, which have made the university proud. Not to forget, the performance of the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) which successfully achieved the target, increased the number of research funded by the Ministry and IPR, as well as the implementation of cooperation with various institutions also became part of the annual report.

In his message, Dr Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd emphasised that all the successes that have been achieved must not stop here. He encouraged the entire UNIPMA academic community to continue to improve quality and achieve even more achievements in the future.

After delivering the report, Dr Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd handed over the rector's performance report document to the Head of PPLP PT PGRI Madiun, Mr Drs. H. Imam Sujudi, as a symbol of the official annual evaluation. The event then continued with an employee coaching session delivered by Dr Nurhadji Nugraha, M.M., (Secretary of PPLP PT PGRI Madiun). He provided direction and motivation to improve performance among employees. At the end of the event, the UNIPMA pin was introduced and pinning by the Chancellor which was followed by all UNIPMA Lecturers and Employees.
