Dr. Marheny Lukitasari M.Pd and Sri Lestasri, M.Pd represented Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) on a visit to Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) in the Philippines to strengthen cooperative relations between the two Southeast Asian Universities. The collaborative visit will be held on 8-9 November 2023.

The purpose of this visit is part of the initiation of an on-site student exchange program and research collaboration to expand international networks to advance education, research and various learning fields in various fields. MMSU is known as one of the leading universities in the Philippines, so it is hoped that it can bring benefits to both parties.

The visit began with a series of welcomes and also a University tour at the main campus of MMSU Batac Ilocos Norte, Philippines. The President of MMSU, Virgillius J Monzano welcomed the UNIPMA delegation and said they would mutually improve the quality and competitiveness in the world of international education.

Both universities hope this cooperative relationship will maintain closer relations between UNIPMA and MMSU to achieve the University's vision and mission.

With this visit, it is hoped that UNIPMA and MMSU can maintain and strengthen cooperation with more programs and realize research collaboration between universities.
