Friday, 19 February 2021. In the context of a creative dance competition, the 2020 Creative Commission for the Military District Command 0803 Madiun, UKM Tjandra Kirana, Universitas PGRI Madiun performed the Dharmatama dance. In the competition, the Tjandra Kirana dance team featured 5 dancers.

Sesaria Prima Yudhaningtyas, S.Pd., M.Pd. The coach of UKM Tjandra Kirana said that Dharmatama Dance is a dance of women's emancipation which is the struggle of a woman in the ancient era, participated in fighting against invaders and is also inspired by the struggle of a woman in achieving gender equality.

Tjandra Kirana UKM has often received awards. The Dance UKM of PGRI Madiun University always performs optimally in each of their performances. The preparation to take part in this creative dance competition only took about 10 exercises, as stated by Mrs. Sesaria. However, they still managed to perform the Dharmatama dance smoothly and won 2nd place.
