Accounting Lecturer at FEB UNIPMA Receives Best Mentor Lecturer Award in BESTEE MSIB 2025 Program
Heidy Paramitha Devi, S.Pd., M.Si., CSRS., a lecturer in the Accounting Study Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA), has been honored as the Best Mentor Lecturer Supporting BTPN Syariah Customer Empowerment in the BESTEE (MSIB) 2025 Program. The award recognizes her contributions in guiding community empowerment programs, particularly for ultra-micro women entrepreneurs.
The award was presented during the Semarak Daya Anugerah Mitra Pemberdayaan Terbaik BTPN Syariah 2025 event, held by BTPN Syariah at the SMBC Building, Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (25/2).
At the event, Heidy Paramitha Devi, S.Pd., M.Si., CSRS., was acknowledged for her role as a mentor for facilitator companions, especially those working in East Java. Through this role, she actively guided students and facilitators in implementing economic empowerment programs for ultra-micro women customers.
She expressed that the award represents a meaningful appreciation of her contributions throughout her involvement in the BESTEE Daya program. She is grateful for the opportunity to participate directly in community empowerment efforts alongside students from various universities across Indonesia.
"I am grateful for BTPN Syariah’s recognition as Best Mentor Lecturer. This opportunity has allowed me to contribute to the empowerment of ultra-micro women entrepreneurs through the BESTEE Daya program alongside selected students for almost three years," she said on Thursday (12/3).
She hopes the award will not only recognize her achievements but also strengthen collaboration between universities, the business and industrial sectors (DUDI), and the community.
"We hope this award encourages sustainable collaboration among the academic community, DUDI partners, and society, particularly in strategic and impactful women’s empowerment," she added.
The BTPN Syariah award aims to acknowledge academics who contribute to various community empowerment and development programs. Heidy Paramitha Devi’s achievement also reinforces FEB UNIPMA’s commitment to promoting research, innovation, and community service activities that have a societal impact and contribute meaningfully to national development.
