UNIPMA Accelerates! Dozens of Lecturers Involved in International Exchange Program
Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) is accelerating its international presence through the implementation of the International Lecturer Exchange Program (PDI) in the Odd Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year. This program serves as tangible proof of UNIPMA’s commitment to promoting the internationalization of higher education and enhancing academic quality.
A total of 16 UNIPMA lecturers participated as outbound participants, carrying out academic activities at various partner universities abroad. They come from diverse fields, ranging from management, education, and engineering to accounting and informatics.
The lecturers include Dr. Heny Sidanti, S.E., M.Si.; Dr. Sri Lestari, M.Pd.; Dr. Jeffry Handika, S.Si., M.Pd., M.Si.; Dr. Tantri Mayasari, M.Pd.; Dr. Samsul Arifin, M.Pd.; Dr. Anggita Langgeng Wijaya, S.E., M.Si., Ak., CA., CPA.; Pratiwi Susanti, S.Kom., M.MT.; Theresia Budi Sucihati, M.Pd.; Dwi Rosita Sari, Ph.D.; Dr. Fitra Pinandhita, M.Pd.; Dr. Erlik Widiyani Styati, M.Pd.; Dr. Brigitta Septarini, M.Pd.; Andria, M.Kom.; Bayu Fadidarma, S.T., M.T.; Sri Wahyuningsih, M.Si.; and Dr. Aris Wuryantoro, M.Hum.
The PDI program runs for more than four months, from 20 September 2025 to 29 January 2026, and involves dozens of lecturers from both domestic and international institutions. In addition to sending lecturers abroad, UNIPMA also hosts 12 inbound lecturers from partner universities as part of knowledge exchange and strengthening international collaboration.
UNIPMA’s international cooperation spans several countries from Southeast Asia to East Asia. From the Philippines, UNIPMA partners with Central Mindanao University (CMU), Bulacan State University (BSU), Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU), and New Era University. Thailand is represented by Walailak University and Thaksin University, while Malaysia is represented by Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and Polytechnic Sultan Azlan Shah (POLISAS). From Taiwan, UNIPMA’s partners include National Yunlin University of Science and Technology and National Dong Hwa University.
Through this program, lecturers are not only involved in teaching activities but also in research exchanges, academic discussions, and the strengthening of internationally-based curricula. On the other hand, the presence of inbound lecturers is expected to enrich UNIPMA’s academic atmosphere with global perspectives and educational practices from various countries.
The implementation of the International Lecturer Exchange Program is part of UNIPMA’s strategy to enhance human resource quality, expand global academic networks, and support the university’s vision toward becoming an internationally competitive institution.
