Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) has once again been entrusted as the Competency Test Site (TUK) for participants of the Substantive Test for the Teacher Professional Education (PPG) Student Admission Selection for Prospective Teachers in the 2025/2026 academic year. This activity took place over four days, from November 12 to 15, 2025, and was held across several computer laboratories within the UNIPMA environment.

The test was conducted at seven locations: UPT Computer Lab 1, UPT Computer Lab 2, Mathematics Education Study Program Lab, Accounting Education Study Program Lab at Campus 1 on Jalan Setiabudi 85; the Faculty of Economics and Business Lab at Campus 3 on Jalan Auri No. 6; and the Industrial Engineering Study Program Lab and Accounting Study Program Lab at the Integrated Laboratory on Jalan Letkol Suwarno.

One participant, Maulida Ayu Hanifah from Magetan, who registered for the PPG Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD) Study Program, expressed satisfaction with taking the test at UNIPMA. "The facilities here are complete and comfortable. The committee was very helpful from the registration process until the test execution, allowing us to focus on answering the questions. The campus environment is also clean, the lecturers and staff are friendly, so we felt safe and calm during the test," she said on Thursday (13/11), yesterday.

Another participant, Alifah Rizqy F., from Magetan, who registered for the Mathematics Study Program, also shared her positive impression after taking the test at UNIPMA. "I chose UNIPMA because the location is close to my home, and the facilities are very adequate. The test rooms are clean, comfortable, and the equipment works well. The committee is also friendly and quick to assist participants, so the test ran smoothly," she stated.

This substantive test is the first step for prospective professional teachers to enter the PPG program. Through this selection, the academic ability and pedagogical readiness of the prospective participants are comprehensively assessed to ensure the quality of teacher professional education in the future.
