The Digital Learning Transformation Workshop Batch 1 of 2025, organized by Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) in collaboration with the Directorate of Learning and Student Affairs (Belmawa), continued into the second and third days at UNIPMA’s Integrated Laboratory. After being officially opened on the first day with a speech by UNIPMA Rector, Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd., and the delivery of fundamental materials, the workshop proceeded with more intensive practice sessions.

On the second day, Tuesday (16/9), the agenda focused on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to support learning planning and development. Hartoto opened the session with material on the use of AI in lesson planning, which was immediately followed by independent practice by participants.

After that, Eko Risianto delivered material on the use of AI in the development of learning tools. Participants were again invited to try it directly, from designing the tools to integrating them into digital systems.

After the lunch break, the session continued with material from Henry Praherdhiono on the use of AI in learning assessment. Participants had the opportunity to practice creating AI-based assessment instruments, making the evaluation process not only more efficient but also adaptive to students’ needs.

The workshop reached its peak on the third day, Wednesday (17/9), with results presentations from all participants. They showcased digital learning designs developed over the previous two days, starting from planning, tools, to AI-based assessment. The agenda then closed with a post-test to measure participants’ understanding of all the materials delivered.

This series of activities emphasized UNIPMA and Belmawa’s commitment to strengthening lecturers’ capacity in facing the challenges of digital transformation in higher education. Through hands-on practice, participants were not only provided with theory but also with real skills to implement digital technology in innovative and sustainable ways.
