The Faculty of Engineering (FT) Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) successfully held the graduation ceremony for the 2024/2025 academic year. A total of 128 students were officially declared graduates in a solemn procession at the UNIPMA Integrated Laboratory, Tuesday (26/8).

The event was attended by the university leadership, faculty deans, lecturers, and graduates from five study programs, namely Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. The graduation ceremony serves as an official recognition of students’ academic achievements after passing examinations, completing final projects, and fulfilling administrative graduation requirements.

The head of the committee, Dr. Ir. Nur Ihda Farikhatin Nisa, S.T., M.T., conveyed her hopes that graduates would always uphold the good name of their alma mater and be able to apply their knowledge. “May the knowledge acquired not only serve as a provision for achieving personal success, but also bring benefits to society, the nation, and the state,” she said.

She also added that the Faculty of Engineering continues to provide communication space for alumni through the Alumni Association (IKA). “Alumni are an important part of the big family of the Faculty of Engineering, so communication and collaboration will continue to be maintained, both in alumni forums, academic activities, and career development,” she explained.

The Dean of FT UNIPMA, Nasrul Rofiah Hidayati, S.T., M.Pd., in her remarks also expressed appreciation for the students’ achievements. “Congratulations to the participants of the graduation ceremony of the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. May you become agents of change with innovation and creativity that bring positive impact to society,” she said.

On this occasion, the faculty also announced the best graduates from each study program. They are Mohammad Angga Tri Pamanto (Informatics Engineering, GPA 3.91), Jini Ajeng Novitasari (Information Systems, GPA 3.86), Ristanti Ayu Wulandari (Industrial Engineering, GPA 3.60), Riska Elyana (Chemical Engineering, GPA 3.78), and Alfian Dwi Cahyanto (Electrical Engineering, GPA 3.95).

In addition to being the best graduate, Alfian Dwi Cahyanto was also named the Outstanding Student of the Faculty of Engineering UNIPMA this year.
