UNIPMA Faculty of Law and ITB ASS Indonesia Forge Strategic Partnership Through MoU, MoA, and Benchmarking Collaboration 

The Faculty of Law (FH) at Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) welcomed a visit from the Faculty of Law at Institut Teknologi Bisnis ASS Indonesia for the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA), as well as a benchmarking session focused on the implementation of the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi (Three Pillars of Higher Education). The event took place in the Meeting Room at UNIPMA Campus 1 on Wednesday, June 11, 2025.

The visit was attended by top leaders from both institutions, including Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd. (Rector of UNIPMA), Dr. Jeffry Handika, M.Pd. (Vice Rector IV), Dr. Siska Diana Sari, S.H., M.H. (Dean of the Faculty of Law), and Dr. Sulistya Eviningrum, S.H., M.H. (Head of Law Study Program), along with lecturers and students of UNIPMA’s Law Program. The delegation from ITB ASS Indonesia was led by its Rector, Prof. Dr. Ir. Djoko Susanto, M.Sc., accompanied by several faculty members.

In his welcome remarks, Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo expressed appreciation for the collaboration initiative, emphasizing that the partnership should not stop at formal agreements but should evolve into concrete collaborative actions.

“We warmly welcome this initiative. The MoU and MoA should serve as a starting point for tangible activities that support the implementation of the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Benchmarking is also part of our strategy to enhance the quality of education, research, and community service,” he said.

The benchmarking agenda included in-depth discussions on the implementation of the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi at both institutions, covering the exchange of information and strategies for developing human resources. The signing of the MoU and MoA marked a shared commitment to long-term academic collaboration.

Echoing this sentiment, Prof. Dr. Ir. Djoko Susanto, M.Sc. expressed hope that the partnership would bring positive outcomes for both institutions. “We hope this collaboration can serve as a platform for exchanging ideas, improving academic quality, and driving joint innovation in higher education,” he noted.

The event took place in an atmosphere of enthusiasm and collegiality. It is hoped that the synergy between UNIPMA's Faculty of Law and ITB ASS Indonesia’s Faculty of Law will continue to grow, contributing to the advancement of higher education in Indonesia.
