UNIPMA and BPS Kota Madiun Forge Collaborative Synergy Through MoU and MoA Signing 

Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) continues to expand its collaborative network through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Madiun City. The event was held in the Rectorate Meeting Room, Campus I UNIPMA, on Tuesday, June 10, 2025.

This agreement involved several units within UNIPMA, including the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), the Library Technical Implementation Unit (UPT), and the D3 Tax Management Study Program. Notably, an Implementation Agreement (IA) was also signed by the D3 Tax Management Program as a concrete step toward actualizing the partnership.

The event was attended by UNIPMA leadership, including Dr. Jeffry Handika, M.Pd. (Vice Rector IV), Dr. Anggita Langgeng Wijaya, S.E., M.Si., Ak., C.A., CPA (Dean of FEB), Dr. Apriyanti, S.E., M.M. (Head of Management Study Program), Dr. Anny Widiasmara, S.E., M.Si., CSRS (Head of Accounting Study Program), Aliffianti Safiria Ayu Ditta, S.E., M.Ak., CTT (Head of D3 Tax Management Program), Nurjanah, S.Pd. (Head of UPT Library), and Dr. Liya Atika Anggrasari, S.Pd., M.Pd. (BKH UNIPMA Domestic Network Division). Abdul Azis, Head of BPS Kota Madiun, also attended with his team.

In his remarks, Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd., expressed hope that this collaboration would mark the beginning of broader and more sustainable cooperation. “We hope this MoU and MoA will not remain just formal documents, but will be followed up with tangible activities supporting the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, such as internships, community service, workshops, and more,” he stated.

Abdul Azis emphasized that this partnership is part of BPS’s mission not only as a data producer but also as a statistical mentor. “We hope this collaboration can grow into an active platform for knowledge exchange and for guiding students to contribute to the collection and presentation of high-quality data,” he said.

This synergy is expected to support the provision of high-quality statistical data as a foundation for national development toward a more advanced Indonesia. It will also enhance the service, mentorship, and technical functions shared between UNIPMA and BPS Kota Madiun in supporting the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, particularly in the fields of education, research, and community service.
