MoA Signing between UNIPMA Faculty of Law and Madiun City Religious Court 

The Faculty of Law (FH) at Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) has established a strategic partnership with the Religious Court of Madiun City through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) on Thursday, May 15, 2025. This agreement aims to strengthen collaboration in the fields of education, training, research, and community service.

The signing ceremony took place in the Rectorate Meeting Room, Campus 1 of UNIPMA, and was attended by the leadership teams of both institutions. Representing UNIPMA were Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd (Rector), Dr. Jeffry Handika, M.Pd., M.Si (Vice Rector for Division IV), Dr. Siska Diana Sari, S.H., M.H (Dean of the Faculty of Law), Bintang Ulya Kharisma, S.H., M.Kn (Secretary of the Law Study Program), Dr. Liya Atika Anggrasari, S.Pd., M.Pd (Head of National Cooperation Division), and law students. Representing the Madiun City Religious Court were Dr. H. Sofyan Zefri, S.H.I., M.S.I (Chief Judge), Nova Ayuningtyas, S.H.I., M.H (Judge), Lucky Aziz Hakim, S.H., M.H (Registrar), Wiwin (Junior Registrar for Legal Affairs), Siti Hafizah, Anang, and other court staff.

The signing of this MoA marks a significant milestone in fostering closer institutional ties. Both parties agreed to synergize in implementing student internship programs, research, and legal outreach to the community.

Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd, expressed hope that this partnership would make a tangible contribution to the student learning process. "Hopefully, this collaboration becomes a strategic step in creating an applied learning environment for students as future national leaders, while also embodying the three pillars of higher education," he stated.

The Chief Judge of the Madiun City Religious Court, Dr. H. Sofyan Zefri, S.H.I., M.S.I, warmly welcomed the collaboration. He expressed his hope that the presence of UNIPMA students would bring fresh perspectives to the dynamics of religious court proceedings and provide valuable experience for those interested in pursuing a career in judicial law.

This partnership is expected to serve as a starting point for broader and more sustainable collaboration. Through this initiative, both FH UNIPMA and the Madiun City Religious Court demonstrate their joint commitment to the development of legal and judicial science, as well as the strengthening of institutional roles in achieving their respective visions and missions.
