Faculty of Law UNIPMA Holds PKM Workshop, Prepares Competitive and Innovative Students
The Faculty of Law (FH) at Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) successfully held a workshop on the Student Creativity Program (PKM) with the theme "Exploring Student Creativity in Creating Sustainable Products and Solutions." The workshop was attended by 35 participants, including five lecturers, among them Dr. Sulistya Eviningrum, S.H., M.H. (Dean of the Faculty of Law), and Dr. Edy Suprapto, S.Si., M.Pd., the keynote speaker and a national PKM proposal selector.
The workshop's theme was chosen to align with the vision of the Student Creativity Week, aiming to encourage students to be more creative in developing beneficial and sustainable products or programs. Its goal was to equip participants with the skills to improve PKM proposals, focusing on both writing regulations and content, to increase their chances of securing funding.
In his presentation, Dr. Edy Suprapto, S.Si., M.Pd., covered topics ranging from motivation and guidelines for crafting high-quality PKM proposals to sharing his experiences evaluating proposals for PKM 2024. As a national selector, he provided invaluable tips and tricks to help students create proposals that could compete at higher levels.
The event organizer, Yanuar Rio Gema Lafana, expressed his hopes that the workshop would enhance the quality of student proposals. "We hope students can produce proposals that meet regulatory standards, have substantial content, and secure funding. If successful, this achievement will bring pride to the university, especially the Faculty of Law, and positively represent us in PKM," said Yanuar on January 19, 2025.
Through this workshop, FH UNIPMA reaffirms its commitment to supporting students in developing their creativity and innovation. The activity is expected to inspire participants to produce works that not only benefit the academic field but also create real-world impacts for society.
