808 UNIPMA Students Depart for KKN-T PM Program 2024/2025 

Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA), through the Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM), has officially dispatched 808 students to participate in the 2024 Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (KKN-T PM) program.

The departure ceremony took place at Graha Cendekia UNIPMA on Monday, December 23, 2024. The students are divided into 40 groups and will carry out their tasks across several villages in Magetan Regency.

Dr. Ratih Cristiana, M.Pd. (Secretary of KKN-T PM UNIPMA) provided details regarding the distribution of KKN-T PM locations for 2025 in Magetan Regency. According to the records, the locations are as follows:

  • Magetan District: 3 villages, namely Tambakrejo, Ringin Agung, and Candirejo.
  • Sidorejo District: 10 villages, including Widoro Kandang, Sidokerto, Sumbersawit, Sidomulyo, Getasanyar, Sidorejo, Durenan, Kalang, Campursari, and Sambirobyong.
  • Kawedanan District: 15 villages, such as Balerejo, Sugihrejo, Selorejo, Mangunrejo, Ngentep, Giripurno, Jambangan, Mojorejo, Garon, Tladan, Karangrejo, Ngadirejo, Pojok, Ngunut, and Tulung.
  • Ngariboyo District: 12 villages, including Ngariboyo, Banjarejo, Selopanggung, Selotinatah, Balegondo, Bangsri, Baleasri, Pendem, Mojopurno, Banyudono, Banjarpanjang, and Sumber Dukun.

The Head of the KKN-T PM Program, Dr. Lingga Nico Pradana, M.Pd., explained that this program features six key themes: Village Projects, BKKBN/Stunting, Appropriate Technology, Numeracy Literacy, Nationalism, and MSMEs. The program is designed to have a positive impact on village communities through socialization, empowerment, and the development of local potential.

“The goal of KKN-T PM UNIPMA is to assist rural communities in improving their quality of life and enhancing village conditions for the better,” said Dr. Lingga Nico Pradana in an interview.

The departure ceremony was attended by Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd. (Rector of UNIPMA), Dr. Bambang Eko Hari Cahyono, M.Pd. (Vice Rector for Academic Affairs), and representatives from the Magetan Regency government.

This year's KKN-T PM holds high hopes for both the students and the community. The students are expected to act as a bridge, helping rural communities develop local potential, such as village businesses and home industries, to become more productive.

“The hope is that after the KKN ends, the village communities will continue the programs initiated by the students. UNIPMA students will act as catalysts for change, ensuring that the village potential continues to grow,” Dr. Lingga Nico Pradana, M.Pd., added.

The KKN-T PM UNIPMA 2024 is expected to be a significant step in empowering rural communities and strengthening the relationship between education and society. This program is not only a learning opportunity for the students but also a meaningful contribution to the development of villages in Magetan Regency.
