Universitas PGRI Madiun in collaboration with the Madiun Regency Education Office, PPPPTK BOE, and LP2KS held training activities to strengthen school principals throughout Madiun Regency. This activity is divided into 3 batches. The first batch was held on September 30 - October 7, the second batch was held on October 10-17, and the third batch was held on October 21-28.

Total participants in this activity were 443 participants. The Strengthening of Education and Training Activities of Madiun Regency School is held for eight days for each batch. On the first day of each batch, the opening took place at the Graha Cendekia Universitas PGRI Madiun, the second day to the sixth day took place at Ebony, Perhutani, Madiun activities in the form of delivery of material. The purpose of the debriefing activities for all school principals is to strengthen the Education in Madiun District. And on the seventh day a Post-test was conducted to measure the assessment of all participants regarding the material that was given for approximately 6 days. On the last day it was closed by handing over a charter symbolically to the participants' representatives.
