Productive UNIPMA Biology Education Study Program Students, Buy Medals in Porsenasma IV 

UNIPMA Biology Education Study Program students representing UNIPMA in PORSENASMA IV which was held at Nusantara University, PGRI Kediri, again made brilliant achievements. Where of the 6 students who were dispatched to take part in the competition, 4 of them obtained proud achievements.

It is proven by the student being able to win 2 gold and 1 bronze in the scientific article branch of art, the PKM-K scientific branch of art and the men's kumite karate branch with a minimum of 60 kg.

For the scientific branch of art in the field of scientific articles which was participated in by Viola Dea Amanda Sarry and Awaliyah on Friday, 10/6/2022, they won a gold medal. The long struggle, step by step, which was passed from administration to the final, yielded maximum results with the acquisition of gold medal.

Viola said there were many obstacles before participating in the competition. "I experienced a damaged laptop so I finally decided to buy a new laptop for presentations until I bought an impromptu prototype raw material when it was close to the D day." he said.

The PKM-K team, Rukma Nur Kumalasari, also received a gold medal with the title "Efforts to Increase the Economic Value of Caruban Brem Waste To Become Supplementary Strawberries". The Rukma Nur Kumalasari TEAM already has talent in the PKM field, where in 2021 the PKM Team will qualify for funding up to PIMNAS.

For karate athletes from biology students who represent UNIPMA, namely Frihatnolo. He got a bronze medal. He said that during the match he had not been able to compete optimally due to a lack of warming up on his feet so that he was not optimal when competing.

"In preparation before the match I also prepare for physical training for 2 months before the match takes place and adjust my diet." he said.

Frihatnolo when he received a bronze medal in the 60 kg Min Kumite Karate Art Branch was a proof that the experience of winning previous competitions was not a benchmark for students to be able to excel outside campus.
