Becoming a Student at the Age of 51, Djoko Prajitno Wins Award as Student with Highest Spirit and Motivation

There is a quotation that “studying knowledge knows no limit age”. Some have graduated from college at the age of 20, some have just entered college at the age of 51. He is Djoko Prajitno, who became a new student at Universitas PGRI Madiun at the age of 51 years.

Djoko Prajitno is known as a repairman for electronic goods. However, because he wanted to deepen his knowledge in electronics, Djoko decided to go to University. Djoko admitted that he had wanted to study for a long time, but because of his economic limitations, Djoko was only able to enjoy college at the age of 51 with the money he had collected himself.

In addition, because of his limitations in answering questions through the eLMA system, Djoko wrote each question and answer and submitted it to the campus. Because of this enthusiasm, Djoko deserves an award from students with the highest enthusiasm and motivation. The award was given to Djoko at the closing of the 2020 PKKMB UNIPMA on September 15, 2020.

Djoko Prajitno also said that he wanted to share knowledge with students who are currently working in his service shop. Moreover, Djoko's service shop is a regular place for street vendors for Electrical Engineering students at Universitas PGRI Madiun. The campus plans to collaborate with Djoko in projects and in electrical practicum.
