The second day of PKKMB was held on September 11, 2019 at Graha Cendekia Universitas PGRI Madiun, beginning with the presentation of national insight, material presented by Col. Inf. Masduki, S. E., M. Si. from Korem 081 DSJ. He explained about the notion of nationalist insight and the importance of learning nationality insight. "Nationality insight is a perspective on self and its environment based on national ideals and goals. Nationality insight also has an understanding which is the main ideas about national ideals and goals, "said Kol. Inf. Masduki, S. E., M. Si.

Kol. Inf. Masduki, S. E., M. Si also added that threats in Indonesia consisted of military threats such as terrorism and radicalism and non-military such as globalization and drugs. These threats can be overcome by using a total, integrated and measurable Universal Defense System. However, as students can overcome the threat with the spirit of nationalism, namely loyal friends, willing to sacrifice patriotism and fill the independence of the Indonesian nation by studying and working.

Finally, Col. Inf. Masduki, S. E., M. Si gave an appeal and message to new students at Universitas PGRI Madiun. "First, I thank you. I am very honored and proud to be invited to Universitas PGRI Madiun to be able to provide a little knowledge to the new students. My hope in the future, students can learn well and have high achievements so that they can fill this development as well as possible and are the heirs of this country so they must study, work hard to achieve their goals and to fill this independence, "Col. message.
