Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) held the third graduation ceremony of Bachelor and Post-Graduate programs with the theme "Printing a Smart and Competitive Graduate in Facing the Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0". This graduation ceremony was held in Graha Cendekia UNIPMA, Saturday, April 21st, 2018. It this graduation, UNIPMA graduated 181 alumni from Post-Graduate and three Faculty of Bachelor program, namely Faculty of Engineering (Fakultas Teknik, FT), Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, FKIP), Faculty of Economics and Business (Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, FEB), and the Post-Graduate program.

Of the 181 graduates, the best graduate award was given to Suharto from Post-Graduate program, Gita Tamia from English Teaching Department, Dina Dwi Fitriana from Accounting Department, and Vicky Ridwana from Informatics Engineering Department. The best graduates received awards in form of sashes and charters from the Dean of each Faculty. Moreover, the alumni who were graduated in the event are expected to keep the good name of their almamater, UNIPMA, and never stop to keep learning to improve their competitiveness.

The graduation which was attended by the Head of PGRI East Java and the Mayor of Madiun was presented in a different package. Dwi Rosita Sari, S.Pd., M.Pd. as the committee revealed "This graduation ceremony is more special and has never happened in the previous graduation ceremonies because it coincides with Kartini Day.". Furthermore, she explained the uniqueness of this graduation ceremony is that all of the committee and participants were wearing traditional clothing, as well as hearing of Indonesian national songs, one of which is "Ibu Kita Kartini".
